Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your account, and activity conducted through it. Social sign-in providers remain subject to their own terms. Facebook/Meta sign-in and Agora™ are not active during pre-registration, and Instagram is not a Graphora sign-in provider.
Membership and paid services
Graphora may offer free and paid memberships, features, events, or services. Prices, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation rights will be shown before purchase. Free membership does not guarantee access to paid services, allocations, opportunities, events, advisory work, board positions, employment, or liquidity.
Investment information
Content on Graphora is for informational purposes and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting, or retirement advice. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a security unless provided through authorized offering materials and an appropriate process. Private investments are speculative, illiquid, and may result in total loss. Eligibility, suitability, accreditation, diligence, documentation, and allocation decisions may apply separately to each opportunity.
Information about self-directed retirement accounts is educational. Custodian requirements, prohibited-transaction rules, taxes, fees, and investment eligibility vary. Consult qualified professional advisers before acting.
Applications and profile information
You authorize Graphora to use information you submit to operate your profile, evaluate requests, reduce duplicate records, and recommend relevant opportunities. A LinkedIn profile PDF or résumé uploaded by you is member-supplied information; it is not retrieved from, verified by, or endorsed by LinkedIn. You authorize Graphora to extract and analyze that information, together with professional information you provide, to generate participation signals and recommendations for your review. You remain responsible for confirming or correcting derived information and for reviewing information before any application or submission is sent. A complete profile or inferred signal does not guarantee invitation, approval, allocation, verification, accreditation, a role, or engagement. The existence of a Graphora record or fit score does not establish membership, consent to marketing, employment, investment status, or eligibility.
Member confidentiality acknowledgement
Version graphora-confidentiality-v1-2026-09-30. Members expressly acknowledge the following while saving their profile before accessing confidential opportunity material:
I agree to keep non-public opportunity information and documents provided through Graphora confidential and to use them only to evaluate my own potential participation. I will not publish, forward, reproduce for others or disclose them outside my authorized member access without Graphora’s prior written permission.
This obligation does not cover information that becomes public without a breach, that I already lawfully knew without a confidentiality obligation, or that I lawfully receive without a confidentiality restriction. It does not prevent disclosure required by law. I will notify Graphora of a suspected unauthorized disclosure.
A completed profile and this acknowledgement permit access only to material Graphora has made available to me. They do not establish accreditation, suitability, investment approval or an allocation. Turning off future confidential access does not release my obligations for information already received.
This acknowledgement is saved with the member’s identity, acceptance time and the text/version shown. It is separate from marketing preferences and profile-accuracy attestations. Prior registration or profile completion does not automatically acknowledge it.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, interfere with security or operation, access another person’s account, scrape or harvest information without permission, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, or use Graphora to violate law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Graphora and its licensors retain rights in the services, technology, branding, content, and materials. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. Graphora™, Agora™, Agora™ Intelligence, and Graph Intelligence™ are trademarks of Graphora. Third-party names, photographs, campaign imagery, logos, trademarks, and social-media content remain the property of their respective owners and may be displayed under permission, license, authorized embedding functionality, or another applicable legal basis. Their display does not imply endorsement by LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, or another platform.
Third-party services
Graphora may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their availability, content, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by those providers. Graphora is not responsible for third-party services.
Availability and changes
Features may be introduced, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We may restrict access to protect users, comply with law, address risk, or enforce these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or investment outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Graphora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
Termination
You may stop using Graphora and request account deletion. Graphora may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, security concerns, legal requirements, or material risk.
