History & news

From transformation to opportunity.

Graphora grew from an ecosystem built around digital transformation, analytics and strategic investing—and from a conviction that private capital should be more connected, intelligent and actionable.

The foundation

DTA: Digital Transformation & Analytics.

Trevor Silver launched DTA Capital in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, as his family office. Its name expressed the operating thesis behind the broader ecosystem: Digital Transformation and Analytics.

DTA Capital became a strategic venture vehicle focused on disruptive founders and AI-native companies, drawing on Silver’s experience building the global data firm Exusia and advising enterprises at the intersection of technology, data and operations.

DTA ecosystem

DTA Property, Digitdex and DTA Solutions were wholly owned subsidiaries and initiatives applying artificial intelligence and data intelligence to enterprise and private-market decisions.

From DTA AI to Graphora

DTA Solutions became DTA AI in March 2026 and served as Graphora’s original stealth identity. Digitdex was folded into the platform and rebuilt as its AI-native data-engineering foundation.

The journey

Building the intelligence layer for private capital.

Each milestone connected operating experience, investment activity and a growing network of founders and investors—ultimately shaping Graphora.
