How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Graphora account or the communications you received.
- Use the subject line Delete My Graphora Data.
- Include your full name and, if applicable, the email address or social account used to sign in. You may make a request even if you do not have a Graphora account.
- Graphora may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.
What happens next
After verification, Graphora will delete or de-identify account and profile information that is not required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, contractual, legal, regulatory, tax, or recordkeeping purposes. We will also instruct applicable service providers to process the request where required.
Completing deletion may take time because information can remain temporarily in backups and security logs. We will confirm when the request has been processed or explain any information we must retain.
Disconnect a social provider
Where supported, you may remove Graphora from the provider’s connected-app or authorization settings. Facebook/Meta sign-in and new Facebook connections are currently disabled, but an existing authorization can be removed through Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings. You may also revoke LinkedIn access through LinkedIn’s permitted-services settings. Instagram is not currently used for Graphora member sign-in.
Disconnecting a provider stops future access through that authorization, but it does not by itself delete your Graphora account, a member-uploaded LinkedIn PDF or résumé, confirmed profile information, submitted applications, or records Graphora is legally permitted or required to retain. To request deletion of the Graphora account and associated eligible data, follow the email steps above and identify any connected provider you want included in the request.
Marketing opt-out
You may unsubscribe using the link in a Graphora marketing email or contact us without creating an account. An unsubscribe stops applicable marketing communications but does not automatically delete an account or other records that Graphora is permitted or required to retain. We may keep limited suppression information to prevent future marketing to the opted-out address.
