Sneha Sapkal

Sneha leads Talent Intelligence at Graphora, working across private capital, artificial intelligence, data, technology and healthcare. She partners with Graphora's leadership, hiring managers, founders and portfolio companies to identify high-impact talent, develop strategic pipelines and connect organizations with people capable of creating lasting value.

She brings more than 18 years of experience spanning talent intelligence, global talent acquisition, people strategy, leadership hiring, employer branding, stakeholder management and organizational development. Her international recruiting experience extends across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa, with sector expertise encompassing private capital, venture capital, financial services, FinTech, banking, healthcare, telecommunications, data, technology and AI.

Before joining Graphora, Sneha spent more than a decade helping build and lead talent acquisition at Exusia, the global data and analytics company later acquired by Globant. She subsequently supported recruiting leadership and Asia hiring at Globant and serves as an advisor in Global Talent Intelligence to Healthcare Shares.

Sneha's approach goes beyond filling positions. She focuses on understanding business priorities, anticipating future talent needs, building trusted relationships and creating value for candidates, companies, founders and stakeholders.
