Kaitlyn Li

Kaitlyn is an Associate in Venture Capital Intelligence at Graphora and the hiring manager for this position. She evaluates companies, technologies, markets, management teams and strategic relationships across Graphora's expanding private-capital ecosystem.

Her background combines venture investing, equity research, entrepreneurship, commercialization, biomedical engineering and scientific research. Before joining Graphora, Kaitlyn evaluated healthcare, biotechnology, medical-device and healthcare-technology investments at Healthcare Shares and Efung Capital. She also conducted healthcare equity research at China Merchants Securities and founded POPPIE, a FemTech venture that she led from unmet-need identification and prototyping through regulatory, commercialization and market-entry planning.

Her earlier laboratory experience includes preclinical therapeutic research at SUSTech Medi-X and microfluidics and bacterial communication research at Carnegie Mellon University. She holds a biomedical engineering background from Columbia University.

While Kaitlyn's career began in healthcare and life sciences, her role at Graphora now extends across private capital. She applies technical understanding, investment judgment, market research and relationship intelligence to help Graphora identify opportunities and connect companies with the people capable of helping them grow.
