About the role
We are seeking supply-chain executives, semiconductor and advanced-hardware leaders, and specialists in materials, AI computing and defense or industrial robotics. This specialty addresses the distinct commercial and operating needs of businesses whose growth depends on physical systems, logistics networks or advanced technology. Advisors connect founders with relevant customers, manufacturing and technical partners, and sector-aligned strategic relationships.
How you can contribute
- Advise on industrial customer requirements, commercialization, procurement and partnership strategy.
- Introduce suitable shippers, carriers, freight operators and supply-chain leaders for logistics-related opportunities.
- Help identify semiconductor, advanced-materials and manufacturing partners where relevant to the technology.
- Connect AI-computing and advanced-hardware businesses with infrastructure buyers, computing partners and commercialization expertise.
- Contribute appropriate defense-procurement, robotics and industrial operating relationships within an agreed scope.
- Help founders prepare for customer and technical-partner discussions and understand practical adoption requirements.
- Identify relevant industry investors and strategic corporate partners through Graphora’s agreed process, coordinating with the enterprise and infrastructure specialties where useful.
Relevant professional experience
- Significant experience in at least one of freight and logistics, semiconductors, advanced materials, AI computing hardware, defense technology or industrial robotics.
- A record of contribution as an executive, founder, senior technical or commercial leader, operator, advisor or investor.
- Practical understanding of customer buying decisions, technology commercialization or manufacturing and supply-chain partnerships.
- Relevant professional relationships and examples of customer, technical or operating outcomes.
- Depth in one industrial specialty is sufficient; applicants are not expected to cover every area in this track.

Engagement and compensation
Advisory engagements start at 2–4 hours per month and may increase to 40 hours per month for advisory and board engagements, depending on the agreed scope. Work is primarily remote, with any local meetings or hybrid participation agreed separately. The city identifies the professional market you can support; it does not imply a Graphora office or a fixed in-person schedule.
Compensation varies by role and engagement. Venture scouting, capital formation support, portfolio-company advisory, board and operational engagements have different arrangements. Depending on the separately agreed engagement, compensation may include cash, carried-interest or equity participation; no universal hourly rate, award or participation amount is promised by this listing. Scope, compensation, any vesting and other terms are agreed in writing before the engagement begins.
