About the role
We are seeking technology executives, founders, enterprise buyers, software operators and industry leaders to help emerging AI and software businesses connect with customers, implementation partners and strategic relationships. The specialty covers enterprise AI deployment, AI agents, production reliability, identity and data platforms, and software serving legal, talent, security and marketing teams. Advisors help translate technical potential into a credible commercial proposition and practical customer adoption.
How you can contribute
- Advise on enterprise AI and software positioning, customer needs, procurement and deployment strategy.
- Help founders understand enterprise buying processes, implementation requirements, integration challenges and operating constraints.
- Introduce relevant enterprise technology buyers, engineering and platform leaders, implementation partners and commercial decision-makers.
- Support appropriate customer discovery, pilot opportunities and partnerships that can help founders validate a product’s commercial value.
- Contribute expertise in legal technology, recruitment and career platforms, cybersecurity, marketing technology, or identity and data infrastructure where relevant.
- Help evaluate emerging technologies and company opportunities, including the relationship between AI infrastructure and the applications built on it.
- Connect founders with enterprise-software and AI investors, corporate venture teams and experienced operating partners through Graphora’s agreed process.
Relevant professional experience
- Significant experience building, buying, operating or commercializing enterprise software, AI, data platforms or related technology.
- A record of leadership as a technology executive, founder, senior operator, enterprise buyer, advisor or investor.
- Practical knowledge of customer adoption, enterprise procurement, deployment and implementation.
- Relevant decision-maker relationships and evidence of commercial partnerships, product adoption or company-building outcomes.
- Depth in one or more of legal, talent, security, marketing, identity, data or AI infrastructure is valuable; expertise across all areas is not expected.

Engagement and compensation
Advisory engagements start at 2–4 hours per month and may increase to 40 hours per month for advisory and board engagements, depending on the agreed scope. Work is primarily remote, with any local meetings or hybrid participation agreed separately. The city identifies the professional market you can support; it does not imply a Graphora office or a fixed in-person schedule.
Compensation varies by role and engagement. Venture scouting, capital formation support, portfolio-company advisory, board and operational engagements have different arrangements. Depending on the separately agreed engagement, compensation may include cash, carried-interest or equity participation; no universal hourly rate, award or participation amount is promised by this listing. Scope, compensation, any vesting and other terms are agreed in writing before the engagement begins.

Applying with Graphora
Create or sign in to your free Graphora membership and use your saved professional profile to apply for the selected specialty and city. Your résumé and LinkedIn information help the team understand your experience; you do not need to repeat your full professional history. The investment-background questions are self-attestations, not independent accreditation verification. Graphora reviews applications and discusses suitable responsibilities and engagement terms with selected applicants.
No investment, paid subscription or purchase is required for advisory consideration. This is an Advisory Board Member opportunity, not a fiduciary Board of Directors appointment or a full-time employee position. Professional contribution and role needs guide selection; applying does not guarantee an appointment. Graphora welcomes qualified applicants from all backgrounds.
