About the role
We are seeking experienced private-capital, corporate-development and partnership leaders who can help Graphora build institutional relationships and support company growth. This specialty welcomes fund General Partners, CEOs, experienced Limited Partners, family-office principals, corporate venture leaders and other senior professionals with relevant decision-maker relationships. The focus is on professional expertise, strategic distribution, fund and corporate partnerships, and thoughtfully scoped introductions—not a requirement to commit personal capital.
How you can contribute
- Advise on Graphora’s institutional relationships, market development, strategic distribution and partnership opportunities.
- Identify relevant venture funds, family offices, corporate venture teams and strategic institutions for substantive partnership discussions.
- Help evaluate company and fund opportunities using relevant sector, operating and private-market experience.
- Connect founders and Graphora with appropriate executive, corporate-development and innovation decision-makers.
- Support relationships that combine capital expertise with customer access, commercial distribution or operating capabilities.
- Help founders prepare for informed partner conversations and communicate their business needs clearly.
- Work through Graphora’s agreed process for introductions; any fundraising, investment solicitation or other transaction-related work must be separately scoped and authorized.
Relevant professional experience
- A professional track record in venture capital, private equity, family offices, corporate development, executive leadership or institutional partnerships.
- Experience evaluating businesses, developing partnerships or helping companies access relevant expertise and relationships.
- Substantive relationships with appropriate decision-makers and a record of constructive professional introductions.
- Ability to distinguish a company’s capital needs from its customer, distribution and operating needs.
- Personal wealth, accredited status or an investment commitment is not a requirement for this advisory application.

Engagement and compensation
Advisory engagements start at 2–4 hours per month and may increase to 40 hours per month for advisory and board engagements, depending on the agreed scope. Work is primarily remote, with any local meetings or hybrid participation agreed separately. The city identifies the professional market you can support; it does not imply a Graphora office or a fixed in-person schedule.
Compensation varies by role and engagement. Venture scouting, capital formation support, portfolio-company advisory, board and operational engagements have different arrangements. Depending on the separately agreed engagement, compensation may include cash, carried-interest or equity participation; no universal hourly rate, award or participation amount is promised by this listing. Scope, compensation, any vesting and other terms are agreed in writing before the engagement begins.

Applying with Graphora
Create or sign in to your free Graphora membership and use your saved professional profile to apply for the selected specialty and city. Your résumé and LinkedIn information help the team understand your experience; you do not need to repeat your full professional history. The investment-background questions are self-attestations, not independent accreditation verification. Graphora reviews applications and discusses suitable responsibilities and engagement terms with selected applicants.
No investment, paid subscription or purchase is required for advisory consideration. This is an Advisory Board Member opportunity, not a fiduciary Board of Directors appointment or a full-time employee position. Professional contribution and role needs guide selection; applying does not guarantee an appointment. Graphora welcomes qualified applicants from all backgrounds.
