Your request and authorization
I request Graphora’s personalized opportunity-matching service and agree to the Graphora Service Terms.
I authorize Graphora to use my profile and application information to identify relevant advisory roles and investment opportunities involving companies listed on Graphora, and to contact me through the email and text channels I authorize.
Graphora may inform me of potential matches, ask whether I am interested, and invite me to review or apply. No additional application or investment will be made without my approval. I may change my communication preferences or withdraw communication consent at any time.
Graphora membership
New applicants join Graphora during the application process and accept the applicable membership terms before submitting. Existing members use their current account and profile. No paid membership upgrade is required to apply. Membership does not constitute appointment to a role, investment approval or verified accreditation.
Application and account updates
Graphora may email you about the application you submit, your account and essential service updates. Authorization for additional opportunity messages is recorded through your separate channel choices.
Both opportunity types, through your chosen channels
Each email or text permission covers both advisory roles and investment opportunities. There is no separate investment-only enrollment. You may decline any match. Graphora will not submit another application, commit funds or make an investment on your behalf. This authorization does not subscribe you to general newsletters or unrelated promotions. Investment invitations may include promotional content; this authorization does not exempt messages from applicable communication rules.
Text messages
Text authorization covers recurring messages from Graphora at the verified mobile number displayed with your application, including messages sent using automated technology. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Other reasonable requests to withdraw consent must also be honored.
Your choices
Open the Graphora Service Terms link in your application to choose email, text, both or neither. Neither channel is enabled by the required acknowledgment alone. Choices are saved with your submitted application.
Opportunity email and text permissions are optional and not a condition of applying, membership, appointment or any purchase. Unsubscribe from opportunity emails or withdraw text permission without closing your membership. Withdrawing one channel does not authorize another. Essential application and account emails are separate.
Manage advisor-service communication choices. Other Graphora service preferences remain available in your account settings.
Scope and records
This authorization is for Graphora only; it does not authorize independent marketing by every listed company. Your application records your choices, the displayed contact destinations, the exact terms version and the time of acceptance and queues that record for Graphora HubSpot. Application authorization history is preserved when you withdraw a channel; current preferences govern future use. Submission does not start an outreach campaign. No phone-call permission is requested.
Accuracy of your application
By checking the application acknowledgment, you confirm that your saved profile and investment-background answers are accurate to the best of your knowledge. These are self-attestations, not independent accreditation verification.
Opportunities and eligibility
An invitation is not an appointment, investment approval or guarantee of eligibility. No investment is required for advisory consideration. Investment-background answers are self-attested, not independent verification. Application review and investment eligibility are separate.
